Recently Dr. Purnima Sharma, MD, BCIL, Dr. Suman Bhattacharya, Innovation Manager and Dr. Simanti Pal, Business Development Manager were invited for a sensitization session for faculty on “Essentials of IP Management & Technology Licensing” at IISER Mohali. The session started with a comprehensive presentation involving critical aspects of IP management, intricacies of technology transfer, different licensing modes, real world case studies and ended with an interactive discussion between faculty and BCIL team. The team also visited i-RiSE, IISER Mohali’s incubator and an enriching discussion with various incubatees.
