Biotech Consortium India Limited (BCIL) is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science & Technology (MPCOST) on 1st August 2026 in Bhopal, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership to strengthen the biotechnology and innovation ecosystem in Madhya Pradesh. The MoA was executed in the esteemed presence of Dr. Shekhar Mande President, Indian National Science Academy (INSA), Chairman, BCIL, and Former Secretary, DSIR & Director General, CSIR by Dr. Purnima Sharma MD, BCIL and Prof. Anil Kothari, DG, MPCOST.
